Erasmus+ visitors from Poland
This week we received a group of visitors from Grudziadz in Poland, as part of the
EU Erasmus+ initiative. They have been working with groups of our students in
school, presenting themselves and their town and culture, discussing common
ideas and focusing on the concept of success and failure in life.
Big thanks to Mr Tobias for organising an excellent mixed football tournament,
a friendly but competitive way to share an activity outdoors, and the sunshine
made it especially pleasant. Witamy!

Applying physics to make electric motors
Energy sources, energy production and storage is one of our greatest
challenges nowadays. We study this topic extensively in Physics and our
last year students applied what they have learnt in class to make a small
electric motor. The one in the photo is by Laura Belmonte.
